Fire your boss

by Gus Razzetti on August 10, 2010

Can’t sell the new project? “It’s my boss’s fault”.
What about that new copywriter that you desperately need but you can’t hire? “My boss doesn’t approve it”.
Can’t deliver at your full potential? “My boss doesn’t let me do my job”.

When faced with our daily frustrations, we tend to blame it on someone else. And most of the times, everything seems to be our boss’s fault.

Check out who’s stopping you from doing what you want. Who’s preventing you from pursuing that dream, from launching that product that will change your industry, from presenting that revolutionary strategy to your client, from starting a new career?

Who’s that “boss” that’s been held responsible for your failure, inaction or frustration.

Is it your client, your business partner, your wife or husband or your actual boss? Or is it you?

Fire your boss and all your excuses will end.
Fire your boss and do it right away, even if that means firing yourself.

Great post Gustavo! I completely agree. Sometimes we are the only ones impeding ourselves from making things happen in our career and even in our personal lives. It’s time to stop the excuses and go for what we really want!
